Over the past decade, Alex has compiled an impressive list of stunt credits working on over 30 feature films, such as The A-Team, Mission Impossible 2, Ocean's Thirteen, Men in Black 2, Austin Powers 3, Rush Hour 2, Old School, and Spider-Man; as well as over 100 episodes of television including CSI: NY, CSI: Miami, 24, Monk, Boston Legal, Brothers and Sisters, Star Trek: Enterprise, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, The Shield.
She has been a stunt double for such high profile actresses as Jennifer Lopez, Salma Hayek, Teri Hatcher, Thandie Newton, and Pamela Anderson, to name a few.
Among her most notable accomplishments in Hollywood are becoming a double nominee for the “Taurus World Stunt Awards,” hosting and being featured in a segment on Entertainment Tonight, and earning a recurring guest role in the Emmy Nominated mini-series American Family, where she acted alongside Edward James Olmos, Constance Marie (The George Lopez Show,) Raquel Welch, Esai Morales, and Kate del Castillo.
Alex’s other acting credits include roles on popular shows such as The A-Team, CSI: NY, Boston Legal, The Shield, Bernie Mac, Angel, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Boston Public, Crossing Jordan, and Charmed.
Having already earned her B.A. in Physical Education and a Certificate in Exercise Physiology, Alex conceived and executed a unique interdisciplinary Master’s Degree: Physical Education and Theater Arts. Her thesis, “Safety in Stunts,” explored the inner workings of the stunt profession in the Television and Film Industry. Alex most recently earned her M. A. in Spiritual Psychology at the University of Santa Monica & continues to work in the entertainment industry.
Proving to be as multi-talented as she is multi-faceted, Alex worked as Executive Producer on the documentary film Ed & Vern's Rock Store, which was accepted to numerous film festivals on the 2008 circuit and garnered several Best Documentary awards. She is currently in pre-production on the documentary short Century of Light.
